WP1 ensures the efficient, coordinated, and integrated execution of all project activities, meeting schedule, budget, and high research, scientific, technological, and stakeholder expectations.   

WP2 focuses on user requirements, resource mapping, KPI-driven assessment, and offers a “Decarbonisation-as-a-Service” approach to optimise the design and integration of technologies in buildings.

WP3 aims to industrialise the design and production of heating, cooling, and DHW packages, reaching TRL7-8. It promotes the implementation of META BUILD systems in existing buildings by evaluating performance in reference utilisation scenarios.

WP4 develops an interoperability framework for electrified buildings. It co-designs data-driven services to enhance comfort, energy performance, as well as facilitate demand response, and grid interaction while managing electrification technologies, RES integration, and using Digital Twins for optimised operation and maintenance.   

WP5 develops a demonstration plan with deployment and verification guidelines, oversees the implementation of real cases, manages installation and commissioning of META BUILD solutions, and evaluates their efficiency and impact. 

WP6 ensures the replication, upscaling, and market impact of META BUILD results, working with Replication Multipliers to guarantee sustainability.

WP7 develops a communication strategy with strong key messages, creating a distinct visual identity and tools for dissemination. It fosters collaboration with other projects, organizes events, and supports capacity building through tailored training programs.
