META BUILD project proudly participated in the Power & Energy Masters 2024: the 16th International Scientific-Technical Symposium on Power and Process Plants and the 11th International Forum on Renewable Energy Sources. Organized by Energetika Marketing, this event took place in Vodice, Croatia, from November 6th to 8th, 2024.
On October 2nd, META BUILD and its synergy project WeForming held a closed co-creation workshop during META BUILD’s online General Assembly, aimed at exploring how their collaboration can generate greater impact in supporting the EU Green Deal’s goals.
Although each project takes a distinct approach, both are committed to driving smart energy management in buildings. With this in mind, the workshop had two main objectives:
Enlit Europe 2024 was a major event focused on the energy sector, bringing together experts and stakeholders to discuss and showcase the latest innovations and trends in power generation, hydrogen, eMobility, grids, and digitalisation. 15000 energy experts in 200 sessions across 12 stages, discussed on industrial decarbonisation, advancements in smart metering, and the integration of sustainable transport into the grid.
Athens, January 31, 2025 – Today marks the official launch of the META BUILD project, a significant initiative under the Horizon Europe programme aimed at accelerating the decarbonisation of buildings across Europe. The project brings together a consortium of leading research institutions, technology providers, and municipalities to develop and implement innovative solutions for sustainable building energy systems.
