META BUILD held its 4th Plenary Meeting on April 22–23, 2026, in San Sebastián, kindly hosted by TECNALIA at its facilities.
During the two-day meeting, partners from across the consortium gathered to review the overall progress of the project and align on the next steps as it enters a key phase of implementation. The sessions focused on consolidating ongoing activities, fostering collaboration among partners, and reinforcing the project’s strategic direction.
The agenda included updates from different work areas, highlighting advancements in technological development, demonstration activities, and replication efforts across various pilot sites. The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange insights, address challenges at a high level, and strengthen coordination among the different stakeholders involved.
In addition to the working sessions, participants had the chance to visit one of the project’s demonstration sites located at TECNALIA, offering a first-hand view of the innovations being developed within META BUILD.
The plenary meeting marked another important milestone for the project, reinforcing collaboration within the consortium and supporting its continued progress towards more sustainable and energy-efficient buildings.
